League Safety Equipment  Information

1.    Mouth guards are optional, but the league encourages each child to

        use one.

2. The dangling throat guard for the catcher's mask is also a

        league encouraged equipment item for the players to wear.

3.  Players playing at the pitching position in the Tee Ball and Coach Pitch

        level (behind the coach that is pitching) must wear heart guards and a

            helmet with a face guard.

4. The league also encourages all catchers to utilize knee saver pads behind

        their shin guards.

5.  In the event that any player is to function as a base coach, at any league

        level, he or she will be required to wear an approved helmet.
